Digital Shift Manager is a tool that assists flight dispatchers throughout the shift, overseeing the process of information exchange between shifts. It serves as a shift lo repository and a personal notepad, making the process intuitive.
We are a student team from the 13th edition of the User Experience and Product Design course at the AGH University of Technology in Krakow. We crafted a UX solution for our business partner, Lufthansa Systems, who approached us with a problem of the information exchange between shifts of flight dispatchers. Below I attached two links - one to a concise case study on Behance and the other to a more detailed and comprehensive case study presentation, that was our project documentation.
