VeloFotka — AI-Driven Credit Process Innovation
The implementation of VeloFotka as the bank’s first project leveraging artificial intelligence in the credit process marked a breakthrough step in automating and streamlining loan application handling.
Integrating AI with the bank’s existing systems was one of the key technological challenges of the project. This implementation required not only compatibility with the bank’s IT infrastructure but also seamless communication between the new technology and the existing credit processing systems. Another major challenge was enabling real-time data processing, which demanded optimization of data flows and ensuring high infrastructure performance.
Additionally, to ensure data security and regulatory compliance, encryption mechanisms and access control systems had to be implemented.
Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our expert team, we successfully overcame all challenges related to integrating VeloFotka with the bank’s systems. We developed a modern and efficient solution that works seamlessly with the bank’s infrastructure, ensuring fast and secure processing of customer documents and applications.
We began our work with a comprehensive business analysis aimed at identifying customer needs and the potential use of artificial intelligence in the credit process. Once the business requirements—including the integration of AI—were defined, we moved on to solution design.
From a technical perspective, this included developing the system architecture and selecting the appropriate AI technologies. From a business perspective, it involved designing the end-to-end process flow and preparing UX designs for end users.
During the development phase, both backend and frontend layers were implemented, including the artificial intelligence algorithms and their integration with the bank's existing systems.
We then proceeded to the testing phase, which proved to be highly demanding, especially given it was our first implementation of an AI-based solution. Verifying the effectiveness of the AI was crucial, which is why tests were conducted across multiple dimensions—security, functionality, performance, and user experience.
The decision to deploy the solution was made only after ensuring it met all technical, business, and regulatory requirements.
Thanks to this solution, customers can quickly and conveniently obtain credit, eliminating the need for lengthy forms and the submission of multiple documents. The use of advanced AI technologies, such as the GPT-4 Turbo model, makes the process not only faster but also secure and efficient.
Helping consumers make purchases and manage their finances in a convenient way is a positive initiative that enhances the quality of life—especially in today’s fast-paced world, where time is of the essence.
