Callstack — Performance-Driven Website Overhaul

Project BackgroundCallstack, a 150+ team React Native consultancy serving giants like Meta, Amazon, and Evernote, faced a critical credibility problem. Despite being industry leaders with $30M+ annual revenue and millions of developers using their open-source tools, their website scored only 34 on Lighthouse with a devastating 78% bounce rate. Their digital presence wasn't reflecting their world-class technical expertise.

Challenge FacedThe key challenges included performance that contradicted their reputation (34 Lighthouse score), limited search visibility (only 1 in 5 target keywords in top 10), outdated jQuery-based tech stack, unstructured CMS causing content management nightmares, and an aggressive 6-week deadline due to upcoming business opportunities.
