Overview
Personit's own site had to prove the claim it makes: 5x faster. Designed and shipped in one month on Astro, Sanity and Cloudflare — a fast, bilingual, case-study-driven engine for an AI agency.

Description
When your entire value proposition is "we ship 5x faster," your own website is the proof or it's the counter-argument.
Personit is an AI agency built on a single promise: from idea to live product in weeks, not quarters. That promise creates an uncomfortable obligation — an agency selling speed cannot spend six months on its own site, and an agency selling quality cannot ship something rushed. Both failure modes are visible to every prospect who lands on the homepage.
So we gave ourselves the same constraint we give clients: design and ship in one month. December 2025, start to live.
Built as a publishing engine, not a brochure.
The site's job doesn't end at launch. Case studies, blog articles and service pages all run on Sanity as a headless CMS, so the marketing team publishes without a developer in the loop and without a redeploy request. Every new client project becomes new proof on the site within hours. That was a deliberate architectural priority: for an agency, the website is a content operation, and a site that's expensive to update stops telling the truth about the company within three months.
Project Outcomes
A site that argues its own thesis. For an agency whose product is speed, delivery time is not a footnote to the case study — it is the case study.
Case studies restructured as engineering narratives, with stack, architecture decisions and timelines exposed — converting a category-level credibility problem ("is low-code real?") into evidence a technical buyer can evaluate.
Marketing independence from engineering. Sanity CMS means every page, case study and article is publishable by non-developers — no tickets, no redeploys, no stale portfolio.
Edge-delivered performance on a media-heavy site. Astro's static-first, islands architecture plus Cloudflare CDN keeps a site full of video, motion and imagery genuinely fast on mobile.
A conversion path designed as an argument, not a funnel: claim → proof → named people → testimonials and fixed-price guarantee → direct booking with the COO.
Zero infrastructure overhead — static output on edge hosting means no servers, no scaling work, and hosting costs that stay flat regardless of traffic spikes from campaigns or launches.
Target Audience
Primary — founders and startup teams who need to validate an idea or reach an MVP before their runway or their market window closes. They are choosing between an expensive traditional software house, an unpredictable freelancer, and building nothing. They arrive wanting to know one thing: how fast, and will it actually work?
Primary — operations and IT leaders in scaling companies looking for internal tools, process automation and AI implementation.
