EDL partnered with Propbinder to create a white-label tenant application connected directly to Propbinder's AI-ready design system. The goal was to provide a fast, intuitive experience for tenants across iOS, Android, and web while maintaining consistency with Propbinder's administrator platform. EDL conducted stakeholder interviews with Propbinder's customers and end-users to define core flows, messaging, and navigation based on accessibility needs and usage patterns. Utilizing shared design tokens and components maintained in Storybook, EDL handled the end-to-end process from Figma designs directly to production-ready Progressive Web App (PWA) code. This workflow streamlined development and eliminated traditional designer-developer handoff bottlenecks. The resulting PWA delivered 95% design system adoption, 1.5x faster delivery cycles, and a 50% reduction in QA time for new features.
