At ING Hubs Poland, we built a no-code process-mining cockpit in Power BI with PAFnow, turning Verint data into real-time insights. It saves ~40 hours per process, improves accuracy, and drives faster, data-driven decisions in KYC/CDD.

KYC Transaction Monitoring and CDD teams at ING Hubs Poland faced growing inefficiencies caused by manual Excel-based reporting, fragmented data sources, and the absence of real-time insights. These challenges slowed decision-making, increased error risk, and limited process transparency.

To address this, the team developed a no-code process mining cockpit in Power BI with PAFnow, integrating Verint and Excel data through Power Query and modeling KPIs with DAX. The solution automatically generates an event log, reveals real process variants and rework loops, and provides continuous monitoring through role-based dashboards.

The impact is significant: approximately 40 hours saved per reporting process, reduced manual intervention, improved data accuracy, and faster responses to business needs. Multiple teams including KYC Transaction Monitoring, CDD, and the Global Transformation Office use the dashboards weekly to steer operations.

Beyond measurable efficiency gains, the initiative strengthened collaboration, boosted employee engagement, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.
