Petsy
Finding someone to trust with your pet is a big deal. Petsy was growing, but people were still hesitating before clicking "book." Our job was to fix that.
We gave the brand a warmer, more credible feel and totally rethought the app and website to make finding the perfect sitter dead simple. We focused on what really matters: clear profiles, obvious safety features, and a booking process that just works.
