Description

Silhouette America, a US-based provider of crafting machines, design software, and materials, needed to consolidate its two disparate online stores into a unified platform. The client faced challenges including an outdated web application design, scattered and corrupted data across multiple systems, and the lack of a streamlined capability to migrate large volumes of text, images, and video data. Over a 20-week engagement, the team implemented a centralized Magento 2 solution, integrating back-end legacy systems and offline machine data while eliminating redundant data. The project revamped the user interface with tailored experiences for each product line and introduced a multi-vendor marketplace structure to streamline operations and enhance order processing.

Project Outcomes

Centralized two platforms and scattered legacy data into a single Magento repository, revamped the user interface, enabled multi-vendor marketplace functionality, and improved order processing and engagement.

Target Audience

Artists, makers, crafters, and DIY enthusiasts seeking crafting machines, design software, and unique materials.

Why Us

Unified two disparate stores into a centralized Magento 2 platform in 20 weeks, resolving legacy data fragmentation and delivering a multi-vendor marketplace.
