Description
Carrefour Poland challenged us to transform its loyalty app into a complete omnichannel platform. We designed a new e-commerce module and redesigned the existing app, bringing online shopping and in-store services together for more than one million active users.
Our process was user-centered and iterative. The goal was to evolve the existing loyalty app into a scalable omnichannel experience without losing what already worked. We worked closely with Carrefour’s teams to understand how each module worked, what the existing systems allowed and which business assumptions had to be considered.
This gave us a realistic view of the product environment before major design decisions were made.
Project Outcomes
The project gave Carrefour a single platform for its digital customer relationship, covering online ordering, in-store shopping and loyalty.
Target Audience
Carrefour Poland shoppers across all demographics, from ages 18 to 60+, including loyalty members, online shoppers, and in-store customers requiring flexible grocery fulfillment.
Why Us
Delivered Poland's first fully integrated grocery app combining loyalty and e-commerce for over 1,000,000 active users, establishing a scalable design system and custom analytics framework under fixed timeline constraints.
