Description
Chatbeat tracks how brands appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models. People increasingly ask chatbots instead of search engines, and until now brands had no way to see what those answers say about them. The product was born inside Brand24, the Polish marketing-tech company we've worked with for years, and they brought us in to help shape and launch it.
The hard part wasn't the visuals. It was that nothing existed to copy. No competitors, no established UX patterns, no shared vocabulary. Most of the target audience had never heard the phrase Generative Engine Optimization. So the design had two jobs at once: explain a category and sell a product in it, without making either feel like homework.
We started with strategy workshops with the Brand24 team to sharpen the story and value proposition, then went through wireframes, moodboards, UI exploration, prototypes, and a full design system covering both the marketing site and the app. The rule throughout was to cut anything that made the data feel complicated. A marketer opening the dashboard for the first time should understand their brand's position in AI answers within a minute, not after a tutorial.
During beta and early rollout we worked in close sync with Chatbeat's product leads, changing designs in response to user feedback sometimes within days. The website was implemented in Webflow, and the cooperation is ongoing, nine months and counting, with feature updates and performance work continuing after launch.
The numbers say the approach worked. In September 2025 the site converted 30.9% of visitors into sign-ups, 274 new accounts from 886 visits. For a product in a category most visitors have to learn about on the same page, that's the result we're proudest of.
