Description

From Two Apps to One Seamless ToolEurocash operated two separate digital channels – apps and online services for Eurocash Dystrybucja (online orders with delivery) and Eurocash Cash & Carry (in-store wholesale shopping). Our mission was to create one modern application that unifies all B2B customer shopping paths into a single, coherent experience, enabling smooth transitions between in-store purchases and delivery orders.

Building for a Demanding B2B Market The key challenge was integrating two very different shopping models while accommodating a complex promotions system, variable pricing based on order quantities, and a wide range of additional features: document and invoice management, payments, delivery scheduling, and a knowledge base. We streamlined complex processes, implemented innovative technologies, and merged legacy solutions with new ones to deliver a robust foundation for Eurocash360.

Solutions That Make a Difference The new app delivers true omnichannel: two sales channels in one place, the ability to shop in-store with your phone and pay independently, an advanced B2B promotions engine, and digital accessibility that meets modern standards. Efficient design system work ensured consistency and simplified development, while a user-friendly interface helped customers quickly adapt to new features.

A Result We’re Proud Of Replacing two outdated apps with one refined platform has simplified the daily work of thousands of Eurocash customers. This project proved our ability to handle large-scale, complex implementations for major brands, blending design, technology, and business needs into a tool that actively drives sales and builds customer loyalty.
