Description
TIM SA, the largest distributor of electrotechnical products in Poland, teamed up with Future Mind to bring its extensive online offer into the hands of users, both professionals and everyday consumers, via a high-performance mobile app.
The goal was to simplify complex B2B workflows, improve product discoverability, and ensure a reliable, mobile-first experience across both market segments. The challenge lay in building a tool robust enough for on-site contractors, electricians, and purchasing departments, while remaining accessible and intuitive for B2C shoppers.
In particular, the B2B mode simplifies the work of construction site managers who manage procurement across multiple projects. It includes a robust basket and shipment management system, allowing users to select delivery dates and assign authorized recipients - all within a single transaction. This level of control reduces administrative overhead and improves efficiency in managing large-scale technical orders.
The app offers advanced functionalities such as barcode scanning, real-time stock checks, detailed product specifications, and quick repeat ordering - all tailored for everyday use in the field or at home. Through seamless integrations with TIM’s ERP and logistics systems, the app delivers accurate, real-time data across thousands of SKUs.
Built with native technologies, the app is now a key digital touchpoint in TIM’s sales strategy. Its launch marked a significant shift in Poland’s electrotechnical retail landscape by introducing a mobile shopping experience that serves both B2B and B2C audiences with equal excellence.
