Description
Kwadron, a global tattoo industry leader operating in over 80 countries, partnered with Flying Bisons to build a mobile app combining e-commerce and studio operations. The project began with four research rounds, including interviews with 21 tattoo artists and 6 studio managers, to define user personas and validate features. Flying Bisons created tone of voice guidelines, custom UX writing, and a sleek dark-aesthetic UI tailored for studio environments. Built using React Native and Expo, the app connects to complex backend APIs handling warehouse systems, payments, and international delivery, alongside no-code marketing landing pages.
