Description

MrNavi — intelligent navigation in shopping malls and beyond

MrNavi by PanParagon is a breakthrough mobile solution that redefines how people move through large, complex spaces such as shopping malls, underground parking garages, warehouses, hospitals, and public buildings. It’s a navigation system that works where traditional GPS fails — it uses the smartphone camera, image recognition algorithms, and advanced AI technologies, which means it requires no additional infrastructure and no internet access.

The user selects a mall and a destination (e.g., a specific store, restrooms, an information desk, or the parked car), and the app then guides them step by step across the building plan. Location is updated automatically based on landmarks passed along the way, and the system recognizes floor changes on its own.

MrNavi is available as a standalone app (iOS/Android) and as a module that can be integrated into existing network or mall applications. With accessibility in mind, it also offers features for people with mobility limitations, such as excluding escalators from the route or indicating accessible restrooms.

From a shopping mall’s perspective, MrNavi not only enhances the shopping experience but also opens up new business opportunities. The system enables analysis of tracking data — it helps understand which stores a customer visits, how long they stay, and which destinations are most frequently chosen. In addition, ads and promotional offers can be displayed on the map, generating extra revenue from advertising space rental.

The project is part of the broader PanParagon ecosystem — one of the most popular shopping apps in Poland, which processes over 2 million receipts per month. Combined with advertising services and advanced analytics (AI + OCR), MrNavi also offers precise targeting capabilities for messaging and unique market reports for retail chains and FMCG manufacturers.
