Big Star — digital commerce strategy
Big Star, one of Poland’s most recognizable fashion brands, partnered with Future Mind to elevate its digital commerce strategy through a fully reimagined mobile app. The aim was to create a native mobile experience that reflects the brand’s modern image while increasing user engagement and conversion rates.
The biggest challenge was aligning high-performance e-commerce infrastructure with a fashion-forward, lifestyle-oriented user journey. From backend integrations to frontend precision, we focused on delivering a seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing experience.
The app includes standout features such as an in-app denim customization tool, empowering users to personalize their jeans directly within the interface. We also implemented advanced product discovery capabilities, including smart search, multi-level filters, and QR code scanning. The seamless integration of light and dark mode ensures comfort and accessibility across various use cases and user preferences.
Built using native iOS and Android technologies, the app integrates with Big Star’s loyalty systems, analytics, and e-commerce platform, and was designed with scalability in mind. Since its launch, the app has seen strong adoption and positive reviews, contributing meaningfully to Big Star’s omnichannel growth strategy.
