Offer, Branding & Product Design Offer pulls the whole deal cycle into one place: put together a proposal, run the negotiation, collect signatures, and keep track of the contract from the day it's signed to the day it wraps up. No more jumping between decks, email threads, a separate signing tool, and a spreadsheet nobody looks at. Our job was to give it a brand that fits. Contracts are serious things, so it had to feel solid and trustworthy. But this is also a tool people open several times a day, so that it couldn't feel like heavy enterprise software either. We aimed for calm and confident. What we did Brand foundation: positioning, tone of voice, and the story around one continuous flow from offer to signed deal Visual identity: logo, colour, typography, icons, and a graphic language built around documents and progress Design system: tokens and components so the brand actually lives inside the product, not just next to it Product design: the key screens, including proposal builder, deal overview, signing, and everything after the signature The idea We made the document the heart of the brand. Every state a contract moves through (draft, sent, viewed, signed, active, done) became part of the visual language, so you always know where a deal stands at a glance. The palette stays quiet and neutral, with one clear accent for actions and progress, keeping important moments like signing impossible to miss. The result One identity that holds up across the whole product, from a busy deal dashboard to a PDF someone's legal team opens, plus a system the product team can build on without rethinking the basics every time.

Offer merges proposals, signing, and contract management into one flow. Deal states live in the visual language, so progress is always visible. Serious enough for legal, light enough for daily use.
