Personit Hub

Personit built Personit Hub as an internal AI-first project management system to handle dozens of parallel software development projects without a project manager. The system addresses challenges including capturing client meeting decisions, automatically assigning tasks, tracking progress via commits, keeping sales and delivery separate, and calculating real-time profitability. Designed and developed in 4 weeks using React, Supabase + AI Agents. The system enforces strict agent boundaries. AI process calendar entries, emails, github commits, meeting transcripts from all tools. The app successfully automates 90% of task creation and 95% of status changes, saving 200 operational hours each month.
